He informed that the lowest temperatures were recorded in the northeastern areas, in the Kukës district.
“Highs in the western lowlands will reach no more than 15 or 16 degrees Celsius. Starting from Tuesday and following, we will have a gradual increase in air temperatures, causing Wednesday and Thursday to have temperatures of 17 or 18 degrees Celsius. There are still no signals if there will be snow in Tirana", Osmani said.
