The preliminary hearing against the former Minister of Finance and Economy, Arben Ahmetaj regarding the privatization of the "Buka" factory, has been postponed.

The reason for this is the absence of the prosecutor, while the next hearing is scheduled for February 16.

On December 7, SPAK closed the investigations and sent the file in charge of the former deputy prime minister to GJKKO.
