The next day, June 7, 2023 at 10:00 a.m., it has been decided to hold a hearing at the GJKKO for the former mayor of Durrës Vangjush Dako and the other former officials arrested yesterday for "abuse of duty".

We remind you that yesterday SPAK issued 10 arrest warrants, which included Vangjush Dakon and 9 other former officials.

In the press release, SPAK informs that Dako, in cooperation with other former officials, "legalized an object built before the issuance of the construction permit, and not according to the approved project."

So, it is reported that the former mayor together with the director of the construction company, the architect and the surveyors have abused their duty, where it is cited that the latter "did not reflect in the technical-legal documentation of the object the truth about the time when the works were done and the construction was carried out, making these acts falsified in content".
