Jambelli, otherwise known as Rikard Muho, from the village of Mbrostar i Fieri is considered a hired killer. He was arrested in 2019 in Greece but the Greek state refused to extradite him.
At that time, it was rumored in the media that the Albanian authorities had deliberately neglected and delayed the procedures for his extradition.
Jambelli was arrested again by the Greek police in July 2022, together with Kristaq Leci, after they were suspected of being involved in a gunfight between gangs where three people were injured.
