New details have emerged from the SPAK operation in the Municipality of Tirana. The action developed is within the '5D' File and it is known that SPAK has issued 9 arrest warrants.
Out of 9 security measures, 3 of them are arrest in prison, the others are house arrest and mandatory appearance.
It is learned that a security measure has also been signed for Mariglen Qato, former director of the Territory Protection Inspectorate (IMT) in the Municipality of Tirana and former director of UKT Redi Molla.
Redi Molla is the former director of UKT, who left office in 2020, while Qato was the former director of IMT in 2015-2022. Also, an arrest warrant has been issued for the businessman, Nestor Muhametllari.
