The minor boy was killed in Gërdec, Zamira Durdaj: I have sworn for justice

Zamira Durdaj, the mother of Erison, the minor who lost his life in the Gërdec explosion, says she will not stop seeking justice for her son.

Durdaj said that he will continue to keep the word he gave to his son while escorting him to his last home, that he will never stop seeking justice for his son, who lost his life unjustly in the tragic explosion of March 15 2008.

"The word I gave to Eri when I escorted him to his last apartment: that he will not stop seeking justice. He was a 7 and a half year old child. He didn't know the ammunition, he was in his own freedom, he was celebrating the good time by playing on his bike and suddenly they took his life", she said.

Among other things, Durdaj expressed dissatisfaction with the new justice, which, as she said, is dragging the process.

"The process is dragging on. It is a voluminous process. It lasted 5 years in the first instance, there are many witnesses, evidence. 20 minutes session, the joint comes in the mouth and they don't speak.

The court adjourns every two weeks. In two weeks, the judge can make many judgments and lose the thread of this case.

I am also very dissatisfied with the new justice system. Hours, human resources wasted and for nothing. I was hoping to get half a step in the session, but not at all. It is hindered by lack of coordination with the addresses, with the police. I only had my own son and lived on a packet of salt. I want justice to be done. Delayed justice means denied, as long as there is only a former minister", said Durdaj speaking on Top Channel.
