Yesterday afternoon in Fier, a serious incident occurred where, according to the State Police and then SPAK, BKH agents and Operational officers who were on duty were raped by people belonging to the former Mayor of Mallakastra, Agron Kapllanaj. The latter has denied that violence was used against the officials, while the police have detained 3 people, including the former mayor's two nephews.
On the Open show, journalist Klodiana Lala said that police systems have been interfered with. "You have interfered with police systems," Lala said to Kapllanaj during the debate.
Lala explained that SPAK has sent investigators to Fier, as part of an operation.
" BKH often acts secretly. They went to Fier to carry out these actions. They were stopped outside the business. The case is under investigation. When they got there, they went to the parking lot, they raised the drone to observe two cars, unable to follow them at a distance.
They were following two subjects with a drone. The business is in the name of Shkëlqim Kapllanaj. One of the employees of the business came out and told them what they were looking for there.
"The BKH employees have said that we are about our jobs. The parking lot is out of business and is considered public property. The nephews of Mr. Kapllanaj have argued with the BKH agents. The latter claim that they were shot by the nephews of Agron Kapllanaj. The BKH agents have introduced themselves ," said Lala.
