
The Euronews-Albania Barometer has brought to the public the second political measurements for the Tirana Region.
In these measurements, 1,000 citizens within the region were questioned face-to-face, distributed according to population in the 5 constituent municipalities.
Data collection was carried out from March 22 to April 3, 2025.
Citizens of Tirana District were asked to select three main problems and from the responses they identified three of them as the most problematic.
High prices were chosen as the main problem by 49.9% of respondents.
Corruption was chosen as the main problem by 36.3% of respondents.
The cost of living was chosen as a problem by 32.2% of respondents.
These above problems are followed by others such as: Unemployment 19.1% of respondents, pensions 15.7% of respondents, healthcare 15.5% of respondents, and several other problems as in the illustrative graph.
In addition to the main problems, they also expressed their views on the question: "Is the country going in the right or wrong direction?" and the results of the responses are as follows:
46.3% of citizens respond that the country is going in the right direction; 42% of citizens respond that the country is going in the wrong direction and 11.2% are neutral. /Euronews Albania/
