Lawyer Romeo Kara has stated that these elections will remove Berisha from the political scene. He spoke about DP advisor Chris LaCivita, for whom he stated that Berisha must show where he found the money to pay LaCivita.
The lawyer adds that the former prime minister is non grata for major corruption and that he does not see the arrival of the advisor as a solution to change Albania.
"Berisha needed morale and they thought that with the arrival of LaCivita they would buy a little American morality. Berisha doesn't know how he will justify his payments. Why don't our bodies and SPAK react, what contract did that person come with? No matter how hard he tries, time has run out, in these elections we will have Berisha's exit from the political scene once and for all. Berisha is non grata for major corruption, and I see no choice but for LaCivita to come to change Albania," Romeo Kara told "Report TV".
Romeo Kara also commented on the new parties competing in the May 11 elections. He said they are incredible.
"They are all unbelievable, they can enter into negotiations with the party that can get the majority after the elections. Politics is not done as a call center, they served Berisha and then left him and now they say he is no good, but you were with him until yesterday. These are all co-authors of the situation the country is in today", concluded the lawyer.
