The court hearing at the Criminal Court of Kosovo against Artan Tafani and other co-defendants, accused of being part of the criminal group led by Laert Haxhiu, has been postponed due to the lack of defense lawyers.
In the hearing scheduled to take place this week, several people were expected to testify, including the well-known rapper Rigels Rajku, known as Noizy, as well as his father, Bashkim Rajku.
They are among 60 witnesses called by the defense of Haxhiu, who is being tried as the leader of a criminal group for 14 serious crimes, including murder, assassinations, TNT explosions and armed robbery.
For the TNT episode at Noizy's store in Durrës, Haxhiu's lawyers requested that Bashkim Rajku be called as a witness, as well as Kleviol Ahmetaj, the rapper known as "Cllevio".
The court has scheduled the next session for May 13, at 11:00, where the process is expected to continue with the administration of evidence and the questioning of witnesses in this case that has attracted high public attention.
