A detainee, who was serving his sentence in "Jordan Misja" IEPP, died due to cardiac arrest in QSUT. The detainee who died is identified as Hekuran Myrtaj.

He lost consciousness (fainted state) while staying in the ventilation area at 17:03. At 5:11 p.m., the security workers and nd/doctors at the IEVP immediately escorted him to the QSUT.

At 17:58, after the intervention of doctors, Myrtaj passed away at the "Mother Teresa" University Hospital Center. Myrtaj was arrested on 17.07. 2024 for cultivation of narcotic plants. Competent bodies are dealing with clarifying the issue.
