Lawyer Bledar Meminaj said during an interview that after the decision of the Strasbourg Court on "January 21", where it held the state responsible, SPAK declared incompetence for this matter and has passed it on to the Tirana Court.

Regarding the accusations against former Prime Minister Sali Berisha for the privatization of the "Partizani" complex, Meminaj emphasized that SPAK has been tolerant with the measures given.
"SPAK has been vulnerable to me since day zero. It is very well known that Sali Berisha has dialogue as a working tool and is in various media. If SPAK followed closely, we would not be facing this legal cacophony today, where Berisha never agrees with the decisions made against him. An arrest is one thing, and getting a defendant is another. I do not believe that they will go directly to prison, but house arrest, also because of their age. SPAK should address the parliament for the measure of arrest", underlined Meminaj.
