SPAK has taken SP MP Klotilda Bushka into custody in connection with the investigations into the file against Erion Veliaj.
It is learned that Klotilda Bushka is accused of actions that hinder the discovery of the truth.
SPAK announced a few months ago that it was conducting investigations against SP MP Klotilda Bushka, precisely for this issue.
The Chairwoman of the Parliamentary Committee on Laws and former Socialist Party MP Klotilda Bushka recently appeared at SPAK.
How Klotilda Bushka obstructed justice:
Ina Goxhaj, the former director of the BYL-A company, whose actual owner was Ajola Xoxa, turns out to be Klotilda Bushka's cousin.
After being notified to appear before SPAK, Ina Goxhaj held several meetings with Klotilda Bushka and Ajola Xoxa. According to SPAK, Bushka told her that at the Prosecutor's Office, Goxhaj should have said that she was the initiator of the 'dance' project, but Harabeli was in charge of the organization.
"Klotilda's other concern was related to the address of the BYL-A headquarters, which should not have been revealed to be her home. Also, the declarant explains that Klotilda gave her a document that served to change the address of the BYL-A center and suggested to Ina to declare that it was her negligence not to change the address," the SPAK file states.
Afterwards, it was Ajola Xoxa who took Ina Goxhaj's phone to view the conversations and was very concerned about what was being said there.
"The declarant states that she left this meeting to continue the meeting with Klotilda at her parents' apartment. She also explains that Klotilda told her that she should not mention Ajola's name or tell how things had worked. She explains that Klotilda returned the A35 phone to her in order to copy the necessary data and return it to her for destruction," SPAK says in the file.
