Former prosecutor Ervin Karanxha has warned of strong developments in politics regarding investigations by SPAK.
Karanxha stated in the Quo Vadis studio that the Special Prosecution Office is investigating several hot files.
He added that letters of request have arrived from judicial bodies in foreign countries, and that detentions or arrests are expected in the coming days.
According to the former prosecutor, there are no restrictions on politicians, even though we are close to the elections.
"There are many hot files that are being investigated. We are waiting. There is no restriction, even though we are close to the elections. Letters of request have arrived from judicial bodies from foreign countries. The investigations are complete, so we are waiting for the coming days. Regarding the lists, people have the right to choose. For example, there is an arrested person, and he is elected as an MP, the steps are followed afterwards, if he gains immunity," said Karanxha.
