Analyst Frrok Çupi said that Prime Minister Edi Rama's proposal for the formation of the Association of Serb-majority municipalities in Kosovo has received the affirmation of the United States of America, France and Germany.
Çupi said that in all the events that Kosovo has gone through, the presence of the government of the Albanian state has been requested.
"Rama would have taken this step both on his own and on his own initiative for reasons of the Constitution of Albania. The Constitution obliges, meanwhile, it guided all the practices that Albania has developed in relation to Kosovo, especially after the 90s. In all the events that Kosovo has gone through, since independence, the presence of the government of the Albanian state has been requested. In this case, it should be clear that everything is a joint work between Edi Rama as prime minister of Albania, the Department of State and the chancelleries of France and Germany," Çupi told abcnews.
He mentioned two standards with which Rama is being attacked by Kurti and Vucic. Asked if there is any agreement between Kurti and Vucic, the analyst said that they are acting in each other's interest.
"In the present case, it is the works that are common. It seems clear that they prove that it is the same thing that develops from both in the same way. What Kurti does interests Vucic and vice versa. On the one hand, Kurti has been trying to sow the smoke of a Serbian regime for a long time. Vucic is back as a regime in Kosovo. Kurti all the time represents the Serbian danger. The same thing happens with Vucic, who has often faced dilemmas about whether or not to be at the head of the Serbian state, to change or not the policies in the country. It is located before the pressure of the Serbian citizenry to turn towards the West," the analyst added.
