Lawyer Romeo Kara spoke about the hundreds of reports filed with SPAK. So far, there are 115 lawsuits and criminal proceedings have been initiated for 35 of them.
In an interview on "The Last Edition" on ABC News, he stated that Gjin Gjon is a symbol of corrupt justice.
"The corrupt former prosecutor Gjin Gjoni wants to take the system hostage," he said.
He also commented on the Partizani file and the postponement of the trial. The lawyer said that DP leader Sali Berisha is holding justice hostage.
"Berisha has taken the justice system hostage. He spread his family's problem to the DP, which he has taken hostage and has now come out in the open. He will use it for his own interests, to avoid facing justice. And it is not in vain that we have this alliance of Saliu with these corrupt judges," he said.
While commenting on the DP's lobbying contract, the lawyer underlined that it is contrary to US laws, adding that American justice is not corrupt.
"I am convinced that there will be an investigation in the US itself, in the Department of Justice, and I am saying that only the DP will bear criminal responsibility if we have law enforcement," he said, among other things.
