The police have initiated criminal proceedings against a 42-year-old citizen, who is accused of preventing one of Sali Berisha's allies and candidates for deputy in the Tirana District, Rivelino Çuno, from holding an electoral meeting.
The incident occurred in the Shkoza area, where the candidate for deputy of the 'Greater Albania Alliance' coalition, Rivelino Cuno, reported to the police that he was obstructed during the campaign.
Yesterday afternoon, citizen Rivelino Cuno, 38 years old, candidate for deputy of a political entity, notified the Police that he was obstructed during his electoral activity in Shkoza.
The Police Services have carried out the actions in the case and have accompanied to the police station, the citizen Sh. S., 42 years old, resident of Shkozë, who has stated that she has offended the participants in this activity after being disturbed by the noise created near the building where she lives and that she did not know the reason for this activity.
