The former Minister of Health, Ilir Beqaj, appeared as every Friday at the premises of SPAK in compliance with the security measure "obligation to appear" set by the Special Court for the Sterilization concession.
In a statement to the media outside the doors of SPAK, he stated that he requested the return of the seized laptop in which he said the sterilization materials are located.
Furthermore, Beqaj has admitted that he has known Ermal Kurtulaj for 15 years and that they have worked with him, but rejected the claims that his family had financial ties with him, since 2020.
" I was called on the issue of sterilization. I have requested that the laptop that I have all the sterilization materials be returned to me so that communication can continue.
