The director of the Durrës Hospital, Ani Dyrmishi, appears to be the most diligent to sign tenders for the company "GTS-Gazra Teknik Albanian" of the Italian mafia.
Tenders are marked with a red flag of corruption, as they are characterized by a lack of competition, the winner is predetermined and the winning bid is equal to the limit fund.
On August 20, 2024, Ani Dyrmishi signed a tender worth 530,000 euros for Besnik Halil, without competition, with bargaining at the table and the winning bid is equal to the limit fund.
During the months of August 2024, Ani Dyrmishi signed two more tenders for Besnik Halil's company, this is an indication of a clientelistic scheme and corruption between Nik and Dyrmishi, where they are suspected of sharing public money together.
Destruction of the Durrës Mortgage, connection with Shijak's gang
Ani Dyrmishi ran Hipoteka e Durrës, where he was denounced by Artan Lame for having disappeared hundreds of registers with citizens' properties, some registers were torn and the pages of many others were replaced.
In 611 Durrës mortgage registers, during the years 2016-2017 when Ani Dyrmishi was the director, 210 pages of property titles, which were the responsibility of his administration and preservation, disappeared.
Likewise, during his leadership, falsifications with corrections and deletions of data for 1682 property titles in Shijak, Lalz, in regions no. 2. 3 and 4 of the city of Durrës and in the administrative units of Ishem, Rrashbull, Manzë and Sukth.
Other proofs are the registers from number 202 to number 514, when there are 167 pages of property titles, which according to the expertise were left blank in the agreement with the notaries, the beneficiaries and the director Ani Dyrmishi and were filled in later, certified by "freshness ” of paint.
Dyrmishi appeared in the interception of "File 339" together with Vangjush Dako and Niçe e Shijaku for buying votes, but also for illegal property registrations and fake documents.
In the black list of Rama, director of the Railways
