Tirana police received a bomb threat.
According to the information, the police received a call that a bomb alarm was raised on the street "Free Ukraine" in Tirana, where the embassy of Ukraine is located. The Russian embassy used to be next to it, while it should be noted that the Kosovo and Serbian embassies are also located on the same street.
The sources say that the police have started verifications in the field and the verifications show that the alarm was false.
In Tirana, there have been several cases where suspicious bags have been found and then false alarms have resulted. Also, a similar alarm was given some time ago near the Court of Appeal, but it turned out to be false. The police surrounded the area and blocked the passage on the road. But after the checks, the perimeter tape was removed because the police did not find any explosives.
