Former MP Myslim Murrizi has published a satirical reaction to a bar in Korça that has placed a special decoration at the entrance to the toilets. The bar has displayed Enver Hoxha's books, an idea that according to Murrizi matches the citizens' perception of the political class.
Murrizi writes that there is no more suitable place for the CVs of autocrats, thieves and political fraudsters than the toilet. He adds that after 35 years of transition, many political figures have deceived Albanians by simulating public clashes, while according to him, they have collaborated in bargains and secret agreements.
" A bar in Korça had an impressive decor before you entered the toilet, or halé as we call it in the village."
There is no better destination for the history or CV of any autocratic dictator, thief, fraudster, or ordinary political hypocrite than the trash.
"A little while longer and I believe that the dumps of Albania will be filled with 5-6 more figures who in 35 years have left nothing undone, deceiving Albanians that they are "fighting" with each other, but in fact they are together in every dirty market, just as the dumps of men and women are together in every bar ," writes Murrizi.
