But who is Enkeleda Millonai?
She was born on 02.04.1980 in Berat. Was part of the working group, for the preparation of reports on the professional skills of prosecutors, in the framework of the justice reform, in the General Prosecutor's Office - November 2017 - April 2018
In 2009, before being appointed to SPAK, she was a prosecutor at the Elbasan Court of First Instance, anti-corruption, money laundering section. In 2016, he was appointed deputy head of this prosecutor's office.
September 2015 - December 2015 she was in charge of the prosecution at the Court of First Instance for Serious Crimes in Tirana.
In the period 2008-2009, she was a prosecutor in the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana. She was also a lecturer at "Aleksandër Xhuvani" Elbasan University. In 2009, she graduated from the Magisterial School.
In 2014, he participated in an OLAF training & Croatian National Bank Conference held in Croatia, "Balkan Network For Euro Protection".
Në 2015 ka zhvilluar një vizitë në Zyrën Kundër Korrupsionit dhe Krimit të Organizuar, Kroaci. Vizitë studimore pranë USKOK, për hetimin dhe ushtrimin e ndjekjes penale për veprat penale të korrupsionit. USKOK është homologia e SPAK dhe prokuroria jonë u ngrit sipas këtij modeli. USKOK arrestoi kryeministrin kroat, Ivo Sanader.
Ka kryer vizitë studimore në Departamentin e Shteteve te Bashkuara, Akademia Ndërkombëtare e Zbatimit të Ligjit (ILEA), RosWell, NeW Mexico, ku është trajnuar në Luftën kundër korrupsionit.
Po ashtu ka marrë pjesë në një tryezë të DASH në Tiranë me Drejtuesit e NjPH dhe Ndërlidhësit e Posaçëm dhe Sesione Trajnuese me Agjentët e FBI për Teknikat e Hetimit me Agjentë të Infiltruar.
Pra duket se kemi të bëjmë me një prokurore të mirëtrajnuar nga amerikanët dhe duket se kjo e ka alarmuar Berishën. /Pamfleti
