The lawyer from Kosovo Tomë Gashi has spoken about the extradition to The Hague of Dritan Goxhaj, who said that it is up to Albania to make a fair analysis regarding this matter.
He stated that Dritan Goxhaj may not be extradited if it is considered that he has not interfered in matters of justice. Gashi said that Albania should analyze this issue very well, since in case he is extradited, the beginning of an investigation will not await him in The Hague, but an indictment.
