Former Prosecutor of Serious Crimes, Eugen Beci was the prosecutor who defended the charge against Sokol Sinomati, the former member of the Gaxhai gang in Vlora and the father of Gëzim Sinomati, the 22-year-old who was executed in Vlora, the night before, by sniper .
