RTSH director Eni Vasili, who 'sacrificed' her job at a private television station where she was paid with zero at the end, to run the Albanian Public Radio Television (who knows why?!); at the beginning of the day, she held a mini-meeting where she assured everyone that no employee should feel violated by her appointment.
Everyone should 'mind their own business', because there would be no cuts (as her predecessor Peza did) and no injustice would be done to anyone.
Everyone thought that seeing Fred's case, the new director would have 'remembered', but that was not the case.
As these jobs have it, especially when it comes to Eni, 'old in the trade', 'words got carried away' and it is learned that 70 employees, who are under contract with RTSH, have not received their salaries for two months.
The director, who has not yet 'warmed up', has found a strategy to "fire them in style": she hasn't paid them for two months.
Since she is 'broad-minded' and doesn't lay anyone off, these 70 employees (which translates to 70 families) have to leave on their own.
Of course, upset by this situation, employees can leave their jobs, but not without cost. Each of them can take the case to the courts and win, since they have a signed contract. And as always, guys like Eni don't get a 'thorn in the side'. Those who pay for the injustices of the 'Enëra' "wherever they are", are the citizens. / Pamphlet
