Analyst Namir Lapardhaja has commented on Ilir Meta's accusations against the head of SPAK, Altin Duman.
Lapardhaja says that these charges can be used against Ilir Meta in court, as they are of a criminal nature.
"They are being treated as normal charges, the media give them space, the charges he makes against SPAK are charges of a criminal nature that can be used against him in court at a second moment. All accusations from corrupt politicians under investigation are serious, non-political accusations, but they can also be treated as criminal .
Despite Meta's contradictory behavior, a person who is innocent has no reason to become aggressive towards those who are investigating him. Dumani is not an individual who can be treated as such, it is an entire institution, it is a great expectation of the Albanian people", said Lapardhaja.
The fact that Meta has become aggressive and attacks SPAK, according to Lapardha, shows that they "felt something". We recall here Meta's statements that the Americans asked Duman to arrest Meta.
Lapardhaja said in the show "Today Live in Albania" that the situation is against Meta and Kryemadhi, while he emphasized that SPAK is not intimidated by the attacks.
"The fact that they have become aggressive shows that they have felt something. The situation is against Meta, Kryemadhi and the corrupt. SPAK is not intimidated, it will not care what the politicians say. They are at a stage where they only see what has happened.
If Ilir Meta has gone mad, it is even worse for him that he is not being investigated for his insanity, but for what was right. If he is behaving like a madman, even worse for him, because the fact that there is nothing concrete has made him mad", said the analyst.
According to him, Lulzim Basha's group that supports SPAK should be strengthened and transformed into an alternative.
"An opposition that does not understand the reality and the new political and legal context in which Albania has entered, is an opposition destined to remain in the opposition for a long time. An opposition that can go towards self-destruction if it continues like this. In the ranks of the opposition is a group that supports SPAK.
This opposition that supports SPAK and sees the West as its ally, this opposition must be strengthened and transformed into a reliable alternative to be taken seriously by our Euro-Atlantic partners", said Lapardhaja.
