The independent qualification commission dismissed from office the judge of the Court of First Instance in Tirana Agron Zhukri.
Lawyer Brizida Gjikondi, invited to "Tirana Live" on ABC News, spoke about his dismissal, where she said that Zhukri has 95 million undeclared, unexcused ALL.
Among other things, Gjikondi said that this case should not be left alone with dismissal from office, but a report should be made to SPAK by KPK.
"I consider the decision made today to be unfair. I don't think it's fair from Albania, a country that has suffered from unfair justice.
In the case of Zhukri, there are 95 million new unverified ALLK as to how he did it. He tried to insert his wife and other elements, and again he could not prove it. Which I am convinced is the minimum. What depresses me is that this vetting has remained on the surface. In this case, the KPK must file a report with the SPAK. It should not be left alone with dismissal from office. The money came from unfair decisions. These decisions cannot be undone, but at least measures are taken to punish this type of judge. Let's not forget how this judge has hundreds, they have passed the sieve and very few in SPAK", said Gjikondi.
