The family of Saimir Sula protests in front of the Prime Minister, permission is

The family of Saimir Sula, the young Albanian who died during the pandemic in a hospital in Spain, protested this morning in front of the prime minister.

After many court processes, the family managed to transfer the heart to Albania last year, but they have not yet been able to do the DNA test, 'due to lack of evidence'. They ask that the DNA be done.

31-year-old Saimir Sula died on May 9, 2020, after he went to the emergency room with a fever to perform a PCR test, but never left that hospital.

Three years after his death, the Ministry of Justice announced on July 15, 2023, the arrival of his heart in Albania.

The family asked the Albanian authorities to send a sample of the heart to other European laboratories for analysis, but it was refused.
