Analyst Arben Meçe has spoken about the appearance at SPAK of the head of DP, Sali Berisha, to be officially recognized with the accusation.
He said that he believes that on Wednesday SPAK will open the range of criminal offenses and that according to him it will be included in the framework of the property investigation.
"Azem's murder was a well-prepared scenario to carry out the explosion of the coup d'état.

For passive corruption, I don't think that SPAK, after closing the investigation, will ask for the further continuation of the investigation. So we have a new scenario of SPAK, they will inform him of a criminal offense, and they will let him go free? What happened? So who will be the status of Berisha's security measure? Here, with specialists, it should be said what are the legal spaces, which release Berishë and return to the field with a declared criminal offense, but there is no need for security measures, in the most extreme case. Sali Berisha is under house arrest for refusing the court order. So the labyrinth that is happening now is, what will happen to the fate of Berisha's security measure tomorrow, and will he be charged with a criminal offense related to the cleaning of the proceeds of the crime, that is, money. And will the property investigation be communicated to him... I think that tomorrow SPAK will open the range of criminal offenses and will enter the framework of the property investigation" , said Meçe to "Abc News".
