This media strategy is used to divert public attention from the truth, speculating that Martinaj may still be alive, even though almost three years have passed since his mysterious disappearance.
The bitter truth is that, under the radar, Prime Minister Rama himself and people close to him have been implicated in the disappearance of Ervis Martinaj, who are said to be intent on taking control of the highly profitable sports betting business, a business that the Prime Minister has indicated he will reopen soon.
