The FBI continues to strengthen the capacities of the Albanian justice system through elite training of SPAK and BKH officers. A BKH investigator graduated this month from the FBI National Academy, one of the most prestigious institutions for training law enforcement officers globally.
In an official announcement, the US Embassy in Tirana congratulates Kaloshi on this achievement and qualifies it as part of a shared commitment to advancing law enforcement in Albania.
The Embassy emphasizes that these investments in human resources are essential for building a functional justice system and for a more secure future for Albania and its citizens.
This is another clear signal that American support for SPAK is not just declarative, but concrete and growing.
“ Advancing law enforcement cooperation between the United States and Albania begins with providing top-notch training opportunities for Albania’s most dedicated officers. We congratulate SPAK/BKH investigator Eduart Kaloshi on his graduation this month from the FBI National Academy. Eduart joins a distinguished group of international FBI alumni, bringing valuable new skills and expertise to SPAK’s determined efforts to combat corruption and organized crime. His achievements will further strengthen United States cooperation with SPAK and help build a safer and more prosperous future for Albania and its citizens ,” the embassy said.
