It is not known which of the two could be the real reason, but what is certain and confirmed by the guests at this mega event, is that the hundreds of thousands of euros that Mania has spent on the approximately 5,000 employees of his Group of invited to parties as well as for the hundreds of business partners, who were there, and who honored them with prizes, will have been judged as more convenient than being wasted to please the politicians of Tirana./ Pamphlet
