The Prime Minister of Greece, Kyriakos Mitsotakis, will not participate in the Summit for Ukraine in Tirana.
It seems that the reason for this decision is the case of Fredi Beleri, which actually has its next session on the same day as the Summit.
The news was announced by the Greek media, according to which Gjergj Gerapetriti will not be the representative of Greece at the summit either.
The Greek representation will be at a low diplomatic level.
Initially, it was discussed that Mitsotakis would participate in the Summit for Ukraine, but it seems that this opinion has changed after what the Greek media called Rama's provocative statements about Fredi Beleri.
Tomorrow, on the same day as the Summit, the next hearing for Fredi Beleri, the elected mayor of Himara Municipality, will take place in SPAK.
SPAK requested a sentence of 2.5 years in prison for Beleri. Meanwhile, the issue of the permission that Beleri requested to take the oath in the position he was elected is being discussed, for which an answer is expected on March 19 from the Constitutional Court of Albania.
