The Director of the State Police, Muhamet Rrumbullaku, announced today the extradition of Fabio Ballabani, a person much wanted by Albanian justice.
"I can also confirm the decision for Fabio Ballabani, part of a structured criminal group", said Rrumbullaku.
Fabio Ballabani was wanted by the Special Prosecutor's Office against Corruption and Organized Crime for the event that happened in 2019, where the husband of Judge Saida Dollani, Kristaq Prifti, was threatened and brutally raped. By order of Emiljano Shullazi, Fabio Ballabanin alias Fabio Zyberaj alias Ivi Zyberaj, threatened and beat the Priest.
Judge Dollani was part of the team that reviewed the "Shullazi" file and refused to leave even after her husband Kristaq Prifti was raped and threatened with a weapon. Despite her insistence on bringing the trial against Emiljano Shullazi to the end, one of the colleagues in the Appeal of Serious Crimes, who has already been excluded from the justice system by vetting, decided to remove Saida Dollani from the judging panel and therefore from the case .
