The Head of Emergency Skender Brataj has reacted regarding the event in Pogradec where Egli Proga remained dead, a few minutes after the State Police statement.
Brataj has shown how the National Emergency acted when the call for help was received in the case of the murder of 42-year-old Egrli Proga in Pogradec.
The head of the emergency department rejected the claims of the family members that the ambulance was 30 minutes late, stressing that it arrived at the right time.
He said that the entire medical mission, from receiving the call to arriving at the hospital, lasted 20 minutes.
"From the verification we have carried out, it turns out that at 19:12 the Pogradec Police called the emergency department, where a quick intervention is required for a person who is on the road, at the roundabout at the Agency. The assessment nurse passed the data and the mission to the Pogradec team and at 19:18 the ambulance arrived at the scene. After 2 minutes, the patient was placed in the ambulance, that is at 19:20, and headed to the Pogradec hospital. During the 11-minute journey from the scene to the hospital, the patient was assisted by the medical staff. The entire mission was a total of 20 minutes, starting from the request for help," said Brataj.
