Journalist Adriatik Doçi has called the two children of former prime minister Berisha, Shkëlzen and Argita, real estate agents.
Doçi said that Shkëlzeni received 700,000 euros from businessmen until 2013 when Berisha was in power.
According to Doçi, he received this money for the interventions he made in favor of businessmen to his then prime minister.
Meanwhile, stopping at Argita Berisha, Doçi talks about at least 400 thousand euros that Argita received from a private University in Pristina when her father was prime minister. After Berisha lost power, Doçi says that these revenues drop by 90% and that this is a detail that raises suspicions of fictitious invoices.
"Until 2013, Argita received 400 thousand euros of suspected income from private faculties, income from a faculty from Kosovo. After 2013, this income drops by 90%.
It is not this fact that raises suspicions of fictitious payments and money laundering. Shkëlzeni, until he was in power, Berisha received over 700 thousand euros as a realtor, a realtor among businessmen who had problems to solve with Berisha, and he, being the son, solved the problem and they made up the salary he was given.
