Rai journalist Sigfrido Ranucci spoke this Wednesday on the Now show on Euronews Albania, with Erla Mëhilli, regarding the suspicions about the assassination attempt that was made on him a few days ago in Italy.
Ranucci said he was threatened by a mafioso in Padua, who, according to him, had ordered Albanian killers to threaten him.
" As I said, we have no elements that show that this was an act that originated from the Albanian criminal world. We have also talked about criminal organizations in Rome. I, for example, took protective measures because a prisoner in Padua, linked to the 'Ndrangheta, had talked to some Albanian killers to kill me. That was also the reason. I had no threats from the Albanian mafia ," Ranucci said.
