Journalist Anduela Ndreu has commented on recent developments in the Democratic Party and the Albanian political scene, emphasizing that the opposition has lost touch with citizens and is immersed in its internal battles.
According to her, the political game in the country is being run by the Americans. She sees the presence of American FBI and DEA officials in Albania as a move that will strongly influence the political reality of the country.
" I believe that the Democratic Party has become more of a political force that is not of the citizens and the opposition, but of some, I'm saying it this way, of some interests, perhaps slightly smaller, because just a few days ago the signal was given by the US State Department that there will be no removal of non-grata in the Balkans. So, including Mr. Berisha. I think that the fact that officials from the US FBI and DEA have come here will and is shaking the political reality in Albania.
