Footage of the violence that occurred on the premises of "Rozafa Fish City" has been published. It was Gjergj Luca himself who, in an attempt to justify the event, published the footage.
As can be clearly seen in the video, the two ladies and the boy are walking, but one of the staff members approaches them and tries to grab him by the arm, pushing him. The young man reacts, but Gjergj Luca's employee turns on him and punches him. The video clearly shows that there was violence, although Luca tries to justify it by saying that it is a quarantine zone, since according to him, only employees who enter the factory pass there.
Even if this is true, there is no reason for customers to be pushed and offended in that way. It is enough to communicate and explain the situation to them and anyone would turn back. Moreover, the people who were violated themselves have stated that they were there for the first time and were taking pictures.
But Gjergj Luca doesn't tell us anything in his video: Who is the Emiliano who threatened the abused people on the phone? The complainants themselves, in the video they published when the police patrol arrived, state that they called the manager and then an Emiliano called them, threatening them to leave immediately.
According to our verifications, it is learned that this is Emiliano Leka, Edi Rama's former bodyguard. The latter is sometimes presented as a partner and sometimes as Gjergj Luca's nephew, while he is a name that has precedents, especially in the field of violence. He is even considered the "controller" of Gjergj Luca's Elbasan-Durrës corridor, which means that he is his confidant. This probably explains the fact that no one identified "Emiljano", who seems to be doing a good job of threatening.
