The debate erupted during discussions about a decision taken on April 2 regarding the opening of vacancies in the institution and the procedures for sending them to the Assembly. The Speaker of the KLP requested that the matter be returned for reconsideration, but this was strongly opposed by Stojan.
From the audio, it can be heard that the discussion has gone beyond any institutional standards, degrading into personal accusations and harsh language.
" There is nothing more ordinary than this. This is a conceptual problem ," Sokol Stojani is heard saying.
" That's how I judged it. Who are you to tell me ?", Bogdani reacts.
" Who are you, my dear? ", Stojan is heard saying.
At the height of the debate, the KLP chairwoman says: " Maybe I'm crazy ."
While Stojan's response comes immediately: " You're crazy, my dear, you're crazy ."
Stojani himself has warned that he will file a lawsuit for abuse of office against the mayor, while also questioning her background. " We are not at Fake Coffee here ," Stojani is heard saying.
