Lawyer Saimir Vishaj spoke about the decision that Edi Rama made to close the TikTok application, arguing that he has spoken to 65,000 parents. The lawyer said that the situation is serious and it is surprising how he makes these decisions and we do not even have a court to turn to, as the courts are being monitored and controlled.

According to him, citizens need to speak up because if we keep our mouths shut before the justice system, we will never find justice before this established justice system.
Saimir Vishaj: We are not facing a law that violates or affects national security. The situation is more serious that this administrative act or VKM, it is surprising in these last two months that it orders closures and tomorrow I will take each of you to the Constitutional Court.
What scares me is that the recent attacks on members with surveillance outside the buildings or the constitutional court are shocking.
Here we are faced with a fact that violates the root and security, we must accept it, and on the other hand, you have the right to take it to the Constitutional Court, but we do not have a Constitutional Court because it is under pressure.
This is the first time in Albania that a member of the Criminal Court has been slandered or criminal proceedings have been registered, and this is shocking.
The battle with justice, while every prime minister or Council of Ministers comes and goes, but no one recognizes that it is a government decision if it is not a law from the Albanian Parliament.
You mentioned some countries that are more problematic in the world, but are obliged to implement the law. The VKM is not a law.
The appearance on the scene of the decision or wiretapping of a member of the Criminal Court, you will tire in vain because we have lost the battle with justice. A country that does not have a Criminal Court, that does not have a High Court, here the bells ring. Every VKM, instead of going to the Criminal Court, I guarantee with this court that is under surveillance, it is a shame to file a request against the government. The news and publication of the decision to wiretap a member of the Criminal Court is shocking.

Then we need citizens to speak up and shut up in front of the justice system, at the moment when the prosecution itself is monitoring, observing a member of the Criminal Court, I guarantee you that you will not be able to find justice, before this concrete justice, not even us, a simple citizen, who brings a request for such a problem.
