The GJKKO has left in force the "prison arrest" measure for Jamarbër Malltezi.
During the statement in the session with closed doors, Malltezi stated that the procedures for the privatization of the facility started in 2000.

The whole property was not a sports area, as the prosecution claims, but it was partly sports and partly residential. The sports area was occupied by an illegal occupier who claimed to have a registered joint stock company KF Partizani.
The Ministry of Defense itself at the time of Pandeli Majko has opened a judicial process in the Court of Tirana. At that time, the court revoked KF Partizan's registration as a joint stock company.
