GJKKO leaves the head of the Bar Association of Korça in prison

The Special Court has imprisoned the head of the Chamber of Advocates in Korça, Arben Lena, who is accused of exerting illegal influence.

During the sentencing hearing, Lena denied the charges, claiming that his arrest was unfounded.

Lena is accused of being part of a group of 5 people who tried to bribe the judges of the Court of Appeal of Korça with 5,000 euros to release Bledar Kozici, who was arrested for refugee trafficking, from detention.

As a result of this investigation, by order of SPAK, 4 people were arrested and two others were placed under the "compulsion to appear" measure.
