The Special Court against Corruption and Organized Crime has decided to take a two-week deadline to express its opinion on the preliminary claims of the parties in the judicial process for the case known as "Partizani", which includes Sali Berisha and his son-in-law Jamarbër Malltezi. The next hearing is scheduled for October 27.

Defendant Jamarbër Malltezi spoke at this session, presenting his arguments regarding the invalidity of several investigative acts.

Malltezi and his defense claim that a series of procedural actions were carried out in violation of the law and requested their reversal.
