The Administrative Court of First Instance dismissed the lawsuit filed by Naureda Llagami against the decision of the Meeting of Judges of the Supreme Court, for the election of Asim Vokshi as Constitutional Court Judge.
In the Administrative Court, Llagami requested the suspension of the implementation of the decision of the Special Meeting as well as the procedures until the final resolution of the case.
According to Llagami, who received 8 votes at the Meeting, the 9th vote was intentionally declared invalid, in order not to meet the necessary quorum.
Although candidate Asim Vokshi had fewer votes, he was elected as the winner as he ranked first according to the KED score, due to not receiving the necessary majority from Llagami.
