The trial at GJKKO for the 5D file, the hearing for the 9 directors and former directors of the municipality of Tirana is interrupted

The session at GJKKO is interrupted for the appointment of security measures for the former directors of the Municipality of Tirana who are behind bars for corruption.

The session was interrupted after the lawyers asked for time to familiarize themselves with the so-called 5D file.

Mariglen Qato, Redi Molla and Taulant Tushe are the three important directors who were arrested by order of SPAK.

SPAK issued the security measures of arrest and imprisonment for the former director of the Territory Protection Inspectorate in Tirana Municipality, Mariglen Qato, the former director of Tirana Water and Sewerage, Redi Molla, as well as for Taulant Tusha, who is already in prison for the affair with the incinerators. 

According to SPAK, Qato and Molla are de facto owners of the 5D company, which has won several tenders near the municipality.
