The Tirana court postponed the hearing to July 20 for Gerti Shehu, who punched former Prime Minister Sali Berisha on December 6 last year, the day the EU Summit was held in Tirana.
The reason for postponing the session was the absence of the victim of the criminal offense or the injured Sali Berisha.
The prosecution requested compulsory admission to the Shehu psychiatric hospital, but Berisha's claim must also be heard at the hearing.
It should be noted that the court has again sent a letter to Berisha to appear.
