The appeal of GJKKO has left Silvi Shehu in prison, who was put in handcuffs after the discovery of the affair with the tender in the Ministry of Health.
Shehu was the engineer of Vladimir Topi's company and it is suspected that he gave the secretary of the Ministry of Health, Jonada Duro, a sum of money for the account of the latter.
Three days after the arrest, the First Degree released its owner, who gave the money to Shehu to take to Chief Secretary Duro, due to his 73-year-old age.
According to SPAK, the latter is the person who received the envelope with 330,000 lek which were given as bribes for the tender for the supervision of 16 health centers in Tirana and Durrës, won by the "Dricons" company of Vladimir Topi.
Joana Duro and senior public services specialist Laureta Shteto are still in prison for the affair with the tenders. The latter, according to SPAK, is the person who received the envelope with 330,000 lek which were given as bribes for the tender for the supervision of 16 health centers in Tirana and Durrës, won by the "Dricons" company of Vladimir Topi.
