The police reacted in relation to the event that happened at the Institute, where a currency exchange point was robbed.

In the press release, the police said that the stolen amount is 30,000 new lek and that the work to identify the perpetrators is ongoing.

"On 01.02.2024, at night, at the Agricultural Institute, on "Kastriotët" street, still unidentified citizens damaged the wall of a currency exchange entity, owned by citizen F. Gj., 59 years old, and took 30,000 new lek, and have left. Work is being done to identify and catch the perpetrators.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction in Tirana, for further actions," the police announcement states.
