Endrit Shabani has once again criticized the electoral system established by the two major parties in the country, which according to him does not allow for rotation.
Invited to the "Debat" show on "A2CNN", Shabani once again returned to the position that the young people who participated in these elections should go together as a coalition, and would have a greater number of MPs.
"We were enthusiastic because the feedback was positive. 70 thousand Albanians came out and voted for our alternative. In Fier and Vlora we lost the mandates by 100 votes. With that many votes, the Socialist Party has 9 mandates in Vlora. We only have 1. It is a battle we have waged against the system. It distorts representation in democracy. It is a system designed to prevent rotation.
We hope that in the next elections we will be a larger group. I am sorry that other young people did not join us. If we were together, young people would have received 10% of the votes. Today we would have 10-12 mandates. Arlind Qori would be there. Shehu would have more mandates. We fought in every corner. It is the responsibility of every actor to try to represent everyone , "said Shabani.
